our room was a nice size and brand-new with an extreme basic washroom, just what was needed. the highlight was the good food. the hotel was in an absolutely perfect location just off the anjuna beach and vagator, anjuna where so much can be done to attract, and the local supermarket and restaurants where on the door step.

I was there for 15 nights and will be back. This hotel was well-maintained in every respect, had EXTREMELY HELPFUL staff from cleaners to top management. I was upgraded to a well-appointed a double room with all conveniences. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was early.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Pleasant beachfront hotel with very-very nice and polite staff members from cleaners to top management. Location next to restaurant and Anjuna, Orzan, Vagator and Baga beach and a supermarket. Well-maintained pool, parking inside the premises: D

Nothing too much trouble, we loved the place. Thank you very much everyone for a really great stay for a fun filled holiday. It was a great location for us, next to the local supermarket. It also was near by or a short drive to beaches.

This hotel is a hidden gem that exceeded all our expectations. the location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and bars, making it convenient for exploring the local area. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing impeccable service throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the conveniences we needed, including a shower. The attention to detail and value for money were truly impressive.

Since its a newly build resort rooms are very clean.. Can consider staying there for not more than 2-3 days.

Not much to do in the hotel apart from a pool..No outdoor activities available in the hotel. Breakfast was barely there.. Only Eggs in Non- Veg and one other item in Veg..They should have kept more options. Staff barely there..Manager told me that they are in process of recruiting.. No beach there as it is rocky.so u have to go all the way to baga which is 3.5 kms...Not much of a nightlife near the hotel..

The best hotel I found during my stay in India on a 2000-2500 INR per night budget. Good quality for the price. Nice, clean and new. But the best of all is the staff, very friendly and thoughtful. They would do anything for you. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful rooms, amazing balcony with pool view, friendly staff, leisurely stay, great view.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel is simple and yet very elegant. The staff is very courteous and the chef is amazing. He attended to every request of ours and is a wonderful chef. The rooms are comfortable for two and the balcony opens up to a pool view. The pool is a little small for the number of rooms there, however, there was hardly any crowd at the pool. The hotel does not have wi-fi in the rooms and the free wi-fi at the reception is pretty nice.

The location is a bit of a bummer as the nearest good beach is like 5 Kms away. The Anjuna beach close to the hotel is the rocky beach. So to get to a nice one, you have to go to the big Vagator beach which is pretty nice. The mini-bar was not replenished every day.

We had a wonderful stay at a peaceful and relaxing resort near Anjuna Beach. Our room had a beautiful pool view and was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous, making us feel right at home. The restaurant had tasty options, although the breakfast could have had more variety. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Goa.

Great hotel with clean facilities and helpful staff. The location was perfect, next to a supermarket and close to North beaches. We loved the breakfast and the fact that the hotel had parking and transportation options for guests.
